Is it legal to mix songs in virtual dj and post it on facebook (AVI format, adding jpg) as my own remix?

Thanks I have the intend to mix some songs virtual dj home and with the help of Windows Movie Maker to add images to convert AVI ….. and broadcast it on facebook as my own song or a remix. Just wondering if it is legal to broadcast or will I be sued? thank you for your answers Thomas

I'm not sure but I intended no copyright or something. That's what I have to say on Youtube.
