Turntable Scratch Samples
Any way to make more analog scratching digital audio (also known as real)?
I know that the superiority of vinyl scratching, but I have many samples that I can not find pressed on vinyl (like the samples I've recorded). Is there some form of digital sampling and scratching sample without sounding so … well … digital? Virtual DJ has some nice features for the small program it is but scratching sounds horrible. Anyone who has scratched Virtual DJ know what I mean when I say horrible scratching sounds. MP3/CD Besides "player", what are some of the choices I have digital displays for scratching? Any recommended audio settings? Other software? All opinions are welcome.
There's no way around … unless you spend some money. I am not a DJ, but I can save a lot with music (i play guitar). It is very difficult to manipulate the electronics to achieve "Real" sound. For guitar, which for decades have been trying to reach amplifiers sound like the old valve / tube amps. Simply can not. I guess the same goes for virtual DJ'ing on the computer. The only thing I know is that you can use FruityLoops. I have heard some decent beats come from that program, however, the good one is $ 700. You can probably download it illegally, but I'm not going to tell you to do something illegal. Also, you probably already have it, cousin is not a scratch program. Anyway, sorry I can not help. It sounds like you have a good ear, and probably will never be truly happy with bogus programs resonance.
