My Top 10 iPhone Applications
I'm sure most of you have heard about Apple's new iPhone and all the different functionality it has to offer, so I will avoid having to get more details. What I will share with you are the top ten applications that I like and use daily.
1. Zenbe Lists – This is an application-to-do list that lets you itemize your daily tasks. The application offers a minimalist green user interface, highly functional features and free price tag. I think Zenbe Lists to be above and beyond other applications to-do-list, which is why I chose it as part of my everyday applications.
2. NetNewsWire – Sorting through my feed list is much more efficient in the iPhone web site. That's where NetNewsWire is so helpful, this application is an RSS reader like his father only to Newsgator iPhone. So if you are one for then enjoy the news, be sure to review NetNewsWire.
3. Twinkle – This is a great Twitter application. If you're wondering what is a twitter, I do not feel so bad. Twitter is a website that lets you blast out short updates about their daily life ("I'm in the country in search Appcraver in this new game, then I go to market ") to your friends and people who want to track. So what is special about Twinkle? Well the main differentiator is that it knows its location. It uses the iPhone GPS and adds its current location to all your tweets! You can also track closely flashes.
4. Facebook – It seems that today everyone is obsessed with control of his Facebook, so at least I do. This application makes it easy, because it gives one touch access to all their friends, profile and inbox. Even you can ping to anyone online and start chatting instantly. The best part is that you have immediate access to their Facebook inbox and not to enter each time. Oh, and did I mention it's free.
5. Shazam – This free application is a life saver! Have you ever heard a song he loved, but did not know his name or the artist? Since this application can solve this problem once and forever. Everything we do is to keep the iPhone to the music is playing, and click the "Tag Now" button. Shazam does the rest! A few seconds later it returned the name of the artist, album version and name of the song right to your iPhone.
6. Pandora – This next application is great for parties or when you want to play music, but do not want to take control of the songs. Whatever have to do is type the name of a band, and Pandora creates a custom "radio station" around that band, which features songs by the band, as well as songs that "sound like" that artist. Pandora is an amazing application for music discovery, take a Pandora channel and leave it DJ.
7. Bloomberg – Finally a funding application that can be used to keep up to date on the markets around the world. Bloomberg offers news, stock quotes, company descriptions, the best, price charts, market trend analysis and more. Although painful, sometimes I like to keep my list of stocks. Your probably wondering what this type of implementation costs, and it's free.
8. AOL Instant Messenger – AIM for the iPhone is a great product, and works the way you expect. However, it has a drawback that tends to annoy me. Unless the application is open, it alerts you when you receive a message. I do not know about you, but when I get a message that I want to be notified immediately. With the iPhone presents a problem because from now on can only have one application open at a time.
9. Movies – Film The new application allows you to search local theaters schedules, details see the picture and see movie trailers. Not much to complain of this application, which was designed well and care is very attentive to details. What is surprising in that, apart from the free price tag is that it was developed by a sophomore in college that sold it to Flixter.
10. Calendar – Number ten on my list is going to the Calendar application. You're probably thinking, "Wait, do not you come with the iphone? Answer yes, comes with the iPhone, which is probably why it is a great application to begin. I use this calendar every day to manage my schedule, after this application simply refuse to return to my old desktop schedule.
There you have it, my top ten iPhone applications that I can not live without it. For more information on any of the above applications or new applications iPhone Appcraver.com visit.
