What kind of music possible input for the Traktor DJ software?
It is clear that the software can be used with covers and CDJs. Is it can use playlists/mp3/wma files directly from your computer hard drive? If it requires other hardware used with success, ie. mixer, cdj decks, or anything that can be mixed in a display board in the software? Thanks!
everything can be mixed on board with only the software is easier control with some form of driver though. I think if you're going to be a single laptop DJ does not make sense to use time-coded vinyl or CD, why Why not stick to vinyl and CD? You still have to connect your laptop to a sound system if you're playing out though. Format-wise to wait will be played everything except copy-protected files and content purchased from the iTunes store. All you need to know is here on the website of Traktor.
