Coast Alabama / Mobile / Florida Panhandle Grrls "Want to join a Roller Derby League?

We are currently looking for people interested in roller derby in our area. Roller Derby leagues have been launched at national level in Canada, Europe and Australia for several years, and the WFTDA (Www.wftda.com) or Apartment Association Derby woman who sports with league requirements, standards, and national and regional tournaments. This is a contact sport is very real physical talent! (But the heat get the names, themes, and costumes, often with network hoes, etc, if you want.) Teams are all girls, but we also need a strong male skaters who Refs also be announcing the DJs and bands to play at halftime. We are far from bouting now but I'm trying to generate interest, especially with you Grrls difficult out there. Body type does not matter. If you have not skated in years, that's fine.
