Well, point # 2 is just a carry case, so unless you already have equipment … The first is not so bad. But I would not go for ANY mixer without a media control in the EQ. You pull forward for the lack of control over sound quality. Plates, I do not know much, but the headphones are a good pair. Hope that helps.
