Virtual DJ delayed laptop …?
I have an HP Pavilion laptop (AMD Turion 64 X2 Ultra 2200 MHz, 3 GB RAM, ATI RADEON HD 3450 512MB) Virtual DJ and my program has more lag to move a slider, turn a knob or use the crossfader. It `sa small but annoying delay, the music ed is distortion. I tried 2 versions, both work perfectly with my PC (it has a slightly better configuration). By using the program on my laptop i don `T have any other programs running. Perhaps it `s the Vista? Actually I have to fix this as i `m expected, but a console to the laptop (Hercules DJ RMX) and the sound should be clear.
With notebooks, delayed response program is just one of those things that will happen occasionally no matter how good are the specifications. It works best on your desktop, since it has much more power to use. And laptops are heated too fast, the CPU cooler, HDD, GPU and RAM is better to do (until some extent, of course) desktop computers are much higher than cool. Some other tips I have: Try running cleanmgr.exe once a day to eliminate performance hoarding temp files. Defragment the hard disk once a month. Plug it in when you are running resource intensive applications. Keep an eye on running processes and start hidden files. A lot of antivirus programs have a ton of sucking the memory processes that are constantly would never have. And if you prefer something so cool as possible.
