First Dj Equipment
First time buyer DJ / Karaoke team needs help.?
I have run DJ / Karaoke systems for mobile DJ companies with more than 2 years in a Pub / Bar setting. I have music, but I am a first time buyer who wants to be informed. I'm starting on my own. What is the proper equipment to a buyer virgin like me? and How much I can expect to spend on decent / good team?
Wow. There are lots of variables. Your system really depends on 1. How much can spend. 2. What size of room you're playing. 3. How transport. I know most of KJ speaker use "on a stick" method which is fine for smaller venues and is relatively compact for transport. I personally have built systems (disk-based PC) that are plug and play. Usually start around $ 2000.00.
