Primal Scream is a band that lived in your name. Formed after lead singer Bobby Gillespie quit his role as the drummer for The Jesus and Mary Chain, the band spent the next two decades, constantly reinvented, often to the frustration or mockery of the fans. DJ Andrew Weatherall asked to have a go remixing one of the best songs from her album titled, "I'm losing more than I ever had." He transformed it into something almost unrecognizable: a great dance song with a clip-driven Peter Fonda audio. The track was renamed as "Loaded" and was a radio hit. Not long after, signed Weatherall, along with a couple of other producers to work with Primal Scream in a third disk. This work became the most successful band, Screamdelica. Merging home and acid-fried rock, The album was unlike anything available, and helped to make electronic music along a popular genre-gearheads only acceptable to fans mainstream music. Ever since electronic music has been more popular with the mainstream in the UK than it has been in the U.S.
