Djia Chart
Dow Jones industrial average?
Hello, I am doing research for my school project and I have to find the data from Dow Jones 1996-2007 (Ie, in 1996 Dow Jones xxxx was in 1997 …). xyxx I just found the letters without numbers so it's really hard to read. I am having difficulties to find that information. I have tried in the following websites: 1. statistical abstract of the United States in February. United States Bureau of the census reports 3. indicators Economic 4. Federal Reserve Bulletin and many others, but I do not know why I can not find for DJIA period from 1996 (or more) – 2007 (or 2006). The only thing I could find was DJ index, but I need a DJ industrial average. Does anyone know another site or perhaps the link for these data? Thanks guys
You can really do here at Yahoo. Go to Yahoo.com, click on Finance. Then in the upper left-hand bar that says "Get quotes" enter ^ DJI and show the number as of any date you want. Click on the list and allowing you to change the dates of your choice. Good luck.
