I have not written to you in years, and I miss and Talk.

It was a time I've had the most fun dancing and partying at a dance conference, but at the last weekend title = "Reno Bachata"> Bachata Reno Convention, I was reborn. There was a conference, mind you, it was only a convention bachata … whodathought I mean, right?
Oh trust me, dear diary, there were some who doubt that floating around. Come to think of it, have been doubting Thomases since I started to dance bachata promotion eight years ago anyway. It's like a simple dance with a lot of twings and twangs of the guitar, yeah, I know, is not as appealing to that love hardcore salsa xylophones and all, but has evolved rapidly changing.
But past is past and move on is always rational choice … burning bridges is not my cup of tea, after all, know that sooner or later I will be crossing a lot of bridges, so yes, my motto, do not mess with the jumpers, as more important to be nice to be important.
I have to admit, Bachata Reno Convention was not part of the plan. True plan was just to concentrate on planning the first Bachata Festival San Francisco . Of course, realistically, all things are not going exactly as planned perfectly.
November 2008, I received a message from John FB I. Ruiz, one of the founding fathers of the successful Sydney Bachata Festival, saying: "Hey Rodney, I'll be on holiday in Chicago and I would go through San Francisco to hang out, bachata and more, will you be in town?
You see Sydney Bachata Festival is more or less the case that I made "international" – could be say he was baptized there as a professor of international dance. And never forget the hospitality of the bachateros of Australia. His attitude and friendship, is still immensely feel here in my heart a year later, the good bit to do for me will be appreciated and never forgotten.

Jorge loves the Structural Funds and each time he was here, he stayed at my house. We developed a friendship over the years due to the bachata. I love the bachata instructors who love to dance and promote at the same time. I do not care what they teach bachata style dance as the time they have passion and really believe in what they are doing. I do not like hate to no good and just talk shit about each other, is a situation lose-lose and sound like losers.

The last time we hosted a bootcamp here in the area Bay, despite good care, I do not like and did not feel like an accomplishment for me. I was disappointed in secret that did not affect my vision – to respect bachata and recognized not only by the salsa dancers, but DJs salsa and Latin dance enthusiasts.
The last question in my mind was: "Should I continue hosting small workshops here and there or do something really big before the feast of San Francisco? "

Reno I love people, you know why? For the love of the party and did not give a shit if you're Cuban or stylists stylist or stylist OutOfTiming Mambo. They dance for fun and learning to dance for fun. In particular I love when they always ask when I go back to Reno after the end of teaching a workshop.
I have been sponsored by BB of Salsa Reno and Reno Dance Sensation numerous times and each time there was and taught the community does not like me. So for a night of Halloween, no plans and really did not feel like partying in San Francisco, yes, I was bored. And dear diary, you and I know I'm not the most productive or creative even when I'm bored. I was looking for an adrenaline rush, a review, if you will.
I got a call from BB … with bit rates and negotiations was scheduled for Halloween in Reno Latin Pearl on Thursday. BB is a cool guy. I call him the Godfather of Salsa Reno and rightly so. We connected immediately when I met him four years ago. With lessons and workshops later, I have supported teaching bachata in the Reno-Tahoe area. We became friends over time, and I have always admired your personality hustler.
After teaching an enthusiastic crowd of 400 people, I said to myself: "Hmmm, I think I just found my answer here."
Back to the Bay Area, needed to confirm Jorge Juan and SF Bootcamp project. There was 100% on the bootcamp idea. I needed to make a quick decision. There was no time to lose and January was just around the corner.
I went to a Chinese restaurant and ordered my favorite, Pan Fried eggs with oysters. Oysters are full of zinc and eggs are of course full of B vitamins, ie maintains its high level of testosterone 
You know what they say, to think faster and smarter than their testosterone the levels are high.
In the middle of my meal, I texted BB of Salsa Reno, "Bro, I will be doing a bachata event in Reno and would love you to be a part of it. "
