WhiteOwl DJ is a DJ in New York. It also makes mixtapes. It has been a DJ since the late 80's. I was surprised to know this, but it is white. He has a group called "DJ & The WhiteOwl Double." Occasionally hits as well. You probably know someone inside, as someone who works in close collaboration with Lil Wayne and then seeping person and puts him on mixtapes. I used to think Lil Wayne only gave him material to promote and hype the album, but after what Wayne said about mixtape DJs do not think that's true.
