Confused about what to do after school!?
I'm 18 years old, and almost done with school. I've been playing World of Warcraft for the last four years, and recently sold it for $ 400. So … I was thinking of spending on an Xbox 360 or putting the money in two plates and a mixer. I do not think I'll go to college. Thinking about the military, not sure it though. Also do not yet have a job! Now I must buy a Xbox and lose more of my life in the games? Or should I try to become a DJ, something I've always been interested in? Thanks!
Yes! Great idea. You will be competing with many bazillion "DJ-wannabes" I'm not funny – just realistic. You need to have something solid to rely on – whether a career that began by applying yourself in school or maybe go to some form of alternative education. You can play with your records in his spare time, while Steady-Stream earn money in a steady job. I do not know how committed he is to be a DJ – you mention a love of game-playing in his X-Box 360. How going to do that, if forced to spend all day in time to find a place to DJ for a miserable fee of $ 50? Do not lose hope, though – you have four years the WoW gaming experience – why not make use of it! Starting a small group in which to show others the tricks, strategies and tactics that you have made – People would be willing to pay for that level of experience. There must be other similar games where you can be a consultant for new people to play this style of game – or even to provide feedback to the expert level for new game developers. so the next level of platform games are even better than what has gone before. Of course, this could mean you have to start with a college course, so you can sit and find out what people want to know – and how to facilitate this information in a manner to be able to use and understand. I think you need to find someone to talk to about your career options. The military is a great career – But has some drawbacks (as they are now many other options.) YOU NEED TO PLAN THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH.
