I plugged in 110V, 60Hz (U.S.) 220 (Europe) – the fuse went out. Did I harm my computer? How do you test?

So, being I was a total dumb *** (yes, I left my physics classes while studying electricity) I connected an American 110V, 60Hz, 18-21W device in a 220 (I assume) in Europe (Germany) socket – the fuse blew out and everything went down (it smelled bad too). What I know is: – I did hurt my team (800 things dj dollars) or not? – How do you test? (Trying to connect again probably not a good idea …) – I can and how I can fix it, if it damaged? PLEASE HELP idiot!

find a store that sells electronic transformers U.S. the EU (good luck with the German for that). I Here is a UK version (link) Or you could get it by mail. And new fuse repair depends on what it is.
