Yes you can, but you can not. It is generally means that exists and mobile DJs who usually do not pay license fees. It is even arguable that the time it is the responsibility of DJs. Assuming that you own music, you will pay to listen to music and the music did not come with a license to gamble, then you are probably breaking the law. I've never heard of a DJ get in trouble for playing music for money. The keys are to be performed live and in person, you do not make recordings and give the music away. I've never heard of a DJ getting into trouble unless you violated one of those keys. Finally, as a mobile DJ, I get my music from a official music provider including as part of my contract for a license to play music in private and public functions. If you are going to get serious about being a career as a DJ, almost will have to buy the music that the performance of an official source.
