When the party in Phuket
Ah Phuket. The jewel in the crown of Thailand, the playground of the rich and famous, the perfect island retreat with beaches so many to choose of. No one can deny the charms of Phuket, but when it comes to nightlife, if you do not know where to go, probably going to finish listening to interpretations of the Macarena all night. If that is your thing then great, but if you need something a little more special in one night, this is where to look.
Indeed clubbers
Lime Club has been creating a bit of a stir in Phuket. Located on the beach road as part of the Club Andaman Resort, the Club has a great deal of music lime house served by the resident DJs. The venue doubles as a restaurant, so you can make dinner at night and sit and relax until the evening rolls in.
The range of alcoholic cocktails are seductive and a fragment at about 200 baht each. During the week there are tribal, drum 'bass b' and electro nights in the rotation. For rockers
If you are classic rock in the hair, there is only one place to be: Rock City. Again, on the road from Patong beach, next to the Club of Lima, Rock City features live bands every night playing the best of Bon Jovi, Van Halen and Queen. It is classic rock at its best and every night is full. The highlight of the list is undoubtedly the Metallica tribute band.
Although you will not hear any original material, you will live a blast. The drinks are reasonably priced at about 200 baht each, and even might hear a couple of Thai rock songs during their stay. Rock City is a night of fun and a favorite of both locals and travelers.

For late-night dance
Baya Beach, Patong set out in the end Soi Bangla on the beach, is where the islanders and those who can go to the party after the regular clubs close their doors. The very busy place, but the music is funky, ranging from hip hop to the house live harder and electro music. There are many other places that stay open as late as Baya Beach.
To emphasize local flavor
If you want to do as the locals, there are two places to see in the city of Phuket. Timberhut The first is located on Yaowarat Rd, where you'll find local bands and DJs multitude of entertainment venues. A word of warning: it gets very busy on weekends.
Another great place is Blue Marina, located in the basement of Phuket Merlin Hotel Yaowarat Rd. Few travelers arrive at Marina Blue, but it is a pleasure. Arrive early, find a table, buy a bottle of your favorite spirit and relax until the bands come on. Then it's time to get up and dance around your desk Thai rock songs. Great fun. When bands have finished, you'll enjoy a variety of hip hop, rock and pop tunes courtesy of resident DJ curious.
For something a little more refined
Although it sounds like a kind of pub Australian Skipper's Sports Bar and Restaurant is one of the finest places to cool less in Phuket. Located in Royal Phuket Marina, the food here is first class, with a variety of Eastern and Western dishes on the menu. As its name suggests, you can also view the latest action sports on widescreen TVs. The place is ideal, with outdoor area looking over the lagoon to the big boats and water. When the sky is clear and the stars are out, the pattern can be quite the romantic.

Best for jazz
Jazztaurant Ratri is one for all lovers of jazz that I found. The place works as a restaurant and music venue live, with spectacular sea views of Kata Beach. This place has it all. amazing sunsets, delicious food, good music by Manolo and his band, and cocktails powerful.
