In this article, I'll tell you who and why which team will be developed and how number is developed. I will show the first 14 selections (lottery selections.) So with that said, let's get started.
# 1. With the first pick in NBA Draft 2008, the Chicago Bulls select Derrick Rose of Memphis. Derrick Rose showed great intensity during the NCAA tournament and has proven which has the capacity to become one of the best PG in the coming years. Rose has a great ability to get the hole and is very good on the defensive side. Rose fit very well with the Chicago Bulls.
