Disk Jockey Career

What should I do here and train or move and move the train?
I have 18 years looking to have a training program a month in June on a radio station to become a disc jockey and sports announcer and I wonder if I should train here for six months and then try to move to California or move and train there? Do you think if you had a good chance of finding a job in radio Cali. Also be wise to choose Disc Jockey or a sports commentator, I like both, but do not know what would be a smart career choice. I do not want to live where I am and I have never so Cali is where I want to be.
Not knowing where you live now, you I mean … is very expensive to live in California. So I guess it depends on your financial situation, while they are training. "Training" takes me to believe that they receive little or no pay, so unless you have a good savings of money, I would recommend training at the cost of living is lower, moving to California with experience. That way you can have a better chance of a decent job with a salary, to live. Good luck!
