Dell Dj Driver
I installed a Sigmatel codec for my Dell Dimension C521 and now my sound card does not work. Help please?
I installed the codec for recording live streaming audio for Sigmatel does not come with this feature, and now my sound doesn't work card at all! In some programs that say "no card detected sound "or" bad direct sound driver "and things along in that direction." I can uninstall and restart my computer a couple of times but now it is saying the same thing. I got a virus from this? Any help is greatly appreciated and I hope this is something I can do on my own. Thank you for your help. DJ
go to page Dell website, and locate the dell support driver. uninstall the old driver, restart the laptop, and then install the new driver.
