Computer audio amplifier that fits in the PCI slot required?

Is there any good brand audio amplifier (high power RMS) available (in India) which is part of Computer PCI slots with Volume / Left / Right / Balance / Bass / Treable and / Output Jacks Audio speakers, etc?
