DJ Adam Goldstein dies of an overdose …
DJ AM (real name Adam Goldstein), who once famously dated Nicole Richie, was found dead in his apartment yesterday after overdosing.
Police sources said the DJ was found dead face down " at his home in New York surrounded by a crack pipe and prescription pills.
Sources say that Adam had been devastated by the breakup with his girlfriend Hayley Wood shortly before his death. Apparently, she canceled her relationship within the last week.
The tragedy comes just a year after Adam miraculously survived a plane crash last year that killed four people and seriously injured Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker.
Celebs have reacted with shock about the DJ's death. In Twitter yesterday, Lindsay Lohan wrote
"I can not believe this .. I'm in shock. Why? Adam why? Resaca."
Meanwhile, Kelly Osbourne told his followers:
"I'm the best I can believe that Adam (dj.am) has been I do not want to believe im in shock. Was one of the most genuine I have known! "
Noel Gallagher says Oasis After leaving "violent intimidation"
As you've probably already Listened to: Oasis have ended. After 18 years together, Noel Gallagher left the band on Friday after he had a massive row with his brother Liam.
But now, in a message to fans of the band Noel said he decided to stop smoking because of the constant "verbal intimidation and violent."
On the site the band website on Saturday Noel wrote:
"The level of verbal intimidation and violent towards me, my family, friends and comrades has become intolerable."
Although Noel did not give details about what bullying was, or was responsible for such "violent" intimidation.

While Chris Brown was in court in Los Angeles yesterday to face sentencing for his assault on Rihanna, we spotted the Umbrella singer out in New York.
Meanwhile, now that the case is finally closed police reports about the incident have been released and do not paint a pretty picture.
In a statement of the officials described a call from a woman "screaming" that was "very upset and crying."
